I’m Mara, a digital business manager (OBM) obsessed with systems that actually support your brain & goals. I’ve spent the past few years designing systems, managing projects and teams, and helping visionary founders scale their business.
But long before that, I was in the messy middle myself — learning by doing. I built skills through projects like web & graphic design, copywriting, video editing, social media management, and digital products. The moment I stepped into client work, I started noticing the patterns: broken workflows, scattered tools, unclear roles, overcomplicated systems. All the things that made everything harder than it had to be.
So I stepped in. Not because I had to, but because I couldn’t not help.
Supporting businesses where no one else could became second nature.
Looking back, I think I was always meant to do the work I do now. I’ve always had a soft spot for stuck seasons, and for the people building big things with limited support.
Now, I partner with founders who are already creating results, but who are drowning in operations, scattered systems, and competing priorities. My sweet spot is turning all that complexity into a streamlined, human-first structure that supports both the business and the person behind it.

I don’t believe in overcomplicating things. First, we take a clear look at what’s going on, then we decide what actually matters right now. From there, I set up the systems and structure to make it happen. And since priorities shift (because that’s just how business works), I keep an eye on what’s changing so we’re always moving in the right direction without the overwhelm.
